Training at the Noerpel-Group

As a growing company, the Noerpel-Group uses its training programmes to recruit reliable and dynamic staff. That is why the quality of our training is our top priority. In addition to providing you with a sound technical education, we place particular emphasis on your personal development, helping you to become independent, take personal responsibility and work effectively as part of a team. 

You will be assigned a direct contact person from the relevant department who will be on hand to offer you advice and support. In addition to on-the-job training in the specialist departments, the Noerpel-Group offers monthly training sessions, tutoring and further professional development opportunities.

Regular feedback sessions and discussions with the training manager help to ensure the quality of your training and give you the opportunity to play an active role in shaping your training programme. The assessment you receive after completing your rotations through the various departments enables you to develop your skills in a targeted manner throughout your training, identify your strengths and work on your weaknesses.

Start to the week

Traditionally, our apprentices meet at the Noerpel Group a few weeks before their education begins. In a casual atmosphere (bowling, kart driving, or other leisure activities) they get to know each other, as well as their trainers. 


In the first week of the education we acquaint the new apprentices with the Noerpel Group as an employer and familiarize them with the company's structures. After a joint meal and a tour through the company site, the apprentices are trained in the first aid and fire protection measures. Before going to the first department, the apprentices receive an introduction to all relevant software systems of the company.

The tasks

We have confidence in our apprentices and are glad to transfer projects and tasks to them that they can manage at their own responsibility. Our apprentices thus learn to organize themselves and to work independently. Of course, their contact persons can advise them at any time in any questions they may have.


If desired, by a location change, the apprentices can also get acquainted with other locations of the Noerpel Group within their training scope.

The excursions

In addition to the vocational excursions organized by the Training Management, our apprentices take part in the school trip to Hamburg. If possible, we also support taking part in excursions to London or Dublin.

Trainee takeover

The goal of our vocational education is to take on the apprentice after their successful education completion. During the education, the apprentice gets to know all relevant departments and can express their wish for the future location before completing the education. When taking on the apprentices, we try to take all their wishes into account. Depending on your profession, commitment, and personal preferences, Noerpel supports you in professional development with a wide range of further-education courses, e.g., courses to become a meister or part-time degree courses. We also support the participation in courses, lectures, seminars, or conferences that are tailored to the respective profession and field of work.
