CargoLine honours its International Partners of the Year 2023

[Translate to en:] Von links: Die internationalen CargoLine-Partner des Jahres 2023 Markus Weber, Niederlassungsleiter beim zweiten Sieger Lebert (Schweiz), Jeroen van Duuren, Inhaber und Geschäftsführer des niederländischen Spitzenreiters, und die Vertreter der beiden drittplatzierten Unternehmen, Piotr Szalkiewicz, Direktor Internationale Stückgutverkehre bei Rohlig-Suus (Polen), und Thomas Werthmüller, Leitung Road Freight Operations bei Rhenus (Schweiz)

In a closely contested ranking, our Swiss site in Kreuzlingen (Lebert) secured second place, finishing just one point behind Van Duuren in the Netherlands. Third place was shared by Rohlig-Suus from Tarnowo Podgórne in Poland and Rhenus from Pratteln in Switzerland. Freja from Turku, Finland, received the Quality Award for achieving the highest service quality standards across the pan-European network.

Delivering on a Strong Commitment to Quality

As in previous years, the award was based on a comprehensive evaluation of operational, commercial, and quality-related performance indicators measured throughout the calendar year. The awards ceremony took place during the spring meeting of CargoLine's international partners in Lisbon on 16 April 2024, hosted by Portuguese network partner Torrestir.

The Noerpel Group's Kreuzlingen (Lebert) location earned second place through its consistently outstanding performance in all qualitative and quantitative assessment categories. The team achieved excellent results throughout the evaluation and was only narrowly surpassed by a competitor in the sales-related categories.

A Broad Range of Assessment Criteria

The evaluation covers various performance indicators, such as the completeness of interface scans for shipment tracking during the delivery process, shipment volume development, marketing of premium products, adherence to delivery commitments for incoming consignments and employee participation in working groups and decision-making bodies within the partnership. In contrast, the Quality Award is based exclusively on quality-related indicators from the overall assessment.
