The recently established Noerpel depot in Heidenheim secured second place in the IDS Quality Ranking 2024, while Noerpel Odelzhausen was named Rising Star of the Year after climbing 17 places in the overall ranking.
Strong performance from Heidenheim and Odelzhausen!
The Noerpel depot in Heidenheim began operating at the start of 2022. After being recognised as the 'Rising Star of the Year' in the 2023 IDS Quality Ranking, moving up 28 places to fifth position, the depot has continued to develop impressively. In the latest ranking, Heidenheim advanced to second place, further underlining its consistently high service quality.
Noerpel Odelzhausen also delivered a remarkable performance. By improving its position by 17 places, the depot earned the title of Rising Star of the Year, and now ranks 25th in the IDS network.
IDS continues to strengthen quality assurance.
In 2024, IDS further improved its already high quality standards across all key performance areas. Particularly strong results were achieved in express shipments and POD delivery performance.
"Our continuous optimisation measures are delivering tangible results. Despite increasing requirements, we are continuing to raise the bar and provide customers with the highest level of reliability,” says IDS Managing Director Michael Bargl.
Every year, IDS evaluates the service quality of its partner depots to determine the Quality Champion. The assessment criteria include compliance with delivery commitments for inbound shipments, the completeness of scanning processes, the results of regular quality audits, and the quality of express delivery.
Hans Geis GmbH + Co. KG in Kürnach received the gold medal. KG in Kürnach, while Hans Geis GmbH + Co. KG in Bad Neustadt secured third place.
