Quality-
manage-ment

You can rely on

Noerpel-Group offers you a wide range of services - in the areas of transport and logistics as well as in the field of packaging or personnel services. We maintain strict quality standards across all our services. We demonstrate our high level of performance with regular audits and certificates.

Needless to say, we also have a quality management system in place: Precise process assessment is just as much a part of this approach as qualified employees who regularly take part in training and further education measures.

This is how we are constantly working to further optimise our services at Noerpel-Group. Because offering our customers the best services at all times is at the heart of everything we do.

Certified quality

Quality is just as important to us as service, reliability and safety. We verify our high performance standards throughout our organisation thanks to suitable systems, guidelines, official approvals and certificates.

We also hold various licences and certificates at our company locations.

We will be happy to provide you with detailed information about which certificates are implemented at your Noerpel location:

The General Terms and Conditions SPEDLOGSWISS are issued by the Association of Swiss Freight Forwarding and Logistics Companies and regulate processes and services in the field of freight forwarding and logistics. We work according to this set of regulations at our locations in Switzerland.

The German Freight Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp) are recommended by the Association of German Chambers of Industry and Commerce (DIHK) and the Federation of German Industries (BDI), among others. We also work according to these terms and conditions, which are universally recognised.

As the holder of this certificate, we hold the status of Authorised Economic Operator and can simplify customs procedures for our customers. This means that, among other things, we are allowed to submit preliminary applications with reduced data sets. Compliance with the requirements in accordance with the Union Customs Code (UCC) is monitored and regularly checked by the competent main customs office.

The storage of organic food is only permitted with certification by an approved organic inspection body. Organic certification in logistics is designed, among other things, to prevent cross-contamination of non-organic food with organic food, but also to ensure food safety.

The HACCP concept according to Codex Alimentarius and, if applicable, the IFS certification shall serve as a basis for this certification.

The Noerpel-Group has both certified sites and sites that are included in the customers' organic certification.

We have been awarded the information security certificate of the CargoLine cooperation. This documents that our business processes have an appropriate information security management system and achieve a predefined level of security.

This standard defines the requirements for an environmental management system. Our primary goals are environmental protection and the sustainable use of resources. With this certification, Noerpel-Group demonstrates that we are aware of our responsibilities, fulfil legal and other obligations and are continuously improving our environmental performance.

ISO 45001 specifies requirements for an occupational health and safety management system and provides instructions for its application and implementation. This enables us to create safe and healthy workplaces through the prevention of work-related injuries and illnesses and the proactive improvement of occupational health and safety performance.

With this certificate, as the Noerpel Group, we can prove that central requirements are fulfilled with our quality management system. Our aim is to use appropriate processes and structures to ensure that any services we provide comply with the requirements and expectations of the parties involved as well as to identify risks and seize opportunities to continuously improve the quality of these processes.

Noerpel-Group sites where feed or pet food is handled are registered with the relevant competent authority and are subject to feed monitoring.

This includes, among other things, the implementation of and compliance with an HACCP concept. This is monitored by means of regular inspections by the competent authority.

Noerpel-Group sites where pharmaceutical products are handled operate in accordance with the GMP/GDP guidelines. We work closely with our customers to agree on the necessary concepts to ensure product safety, a secure supply chain and ultimately the well-being of the end consumer. In this area, we comply with the strictly regulated hygiene, documentation and storage requirements, among other things, which are prescribed by the products, laws and customers.

The HACCP concept (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points) is designed to ensure safety in the handling of foodstuffs, animal feeds and food contact materials during transport, storage, commissioning, packaging and production. The HACCP concept is based on the guidelines of the Codex Alimentarius.

An HACCP concept is implemented at all Noerpel-Group sites that handle food or animal feed and food contact materials.

We work according to the IFS Logistics Standard (International Featured Standards). This standard includes a HACCP concept in accordance with Codex Alimentarius and regulates, among other things, the hygiene and food safety requirements for companies that offer the transportation and storage of primary and secondary packaged foods.

The General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for logistics contracts regulate processes outside the transport service, i.e. for example the packaging of goods or the acceptance of orders. We follow this set of rules, which is recommended by the German Association of Freight Forwarders and Logistics (DSLV), among others.

Thanks to our RegB approval, we comply with the high security standards for sending goods by air freight. This is assured, among other things, by the mandatory safety checks of our employees and their regular training.

The strict requirements of EC Regulation No. 300/2008 and the Aviation Security Act (LuftSIG) are regularly monitored and audited by the Federal Aviation Authority (LBA).

We always keep the issue of security in mind when providing our services. This certificate proves that we take organisational, technical, structural and personnel measures to protect the goods entrusted to us and our logistics services and to contain the risk of robbery, theft or terrorism.
