2008
Mark Wehner founded WEHNER Logistics in Leverkusen. From the outset, the company specialised in e-commerce fulfilment as well as professional shipping and logistics services for online retail.
2009
Jan Wehner joined the company and took responsibility for operations and IT. In the same year, WEHNER Logistics secured its first e-commerce customer, laying the foundation for future growth.
2011
With the opening of its logistics facility in Leverkusen, WEHNER Logistics created the basis for expanding its fulfilment and logistics services.
2012
Sustainability became an integral part of the corporate strategy. Through the #greenlogistics initiative, WEHNER Logistics embraced environmentally conscious and resource-efficient logistics solutions at an early stage.
2017
WEHNER Logistics received BIO certification, underlining its expertise in the storage and handling of sensitive organic products.
2022
The company was recognised as a Focus-Business Growth Champion. At this time, WEHNER Logistics operated facilities in Leverkusen and Langenfeld and employed around 40 people.
2023
On 1 September 2023, WEHNER Logistics became part of the Noerpel Group. Integration into the long-established family-owned company opened up new opportunities for customers, employees and the continued development of the business.
2024
With the opening of a state-of-the-art logistics terminal in Langenfeld near Düsseldorf, WEHNER Logistics invested in the future. The new facility meets the requirements of the DGNB Platinum Standard and sets new benchmarks for sustainable logistics.
